It works as mediating service between the inquirer and the consultant or the consulting company. Having filled in all the necessary information, anybody has the right to present a query, to describe their own problem they may need to help with. What you only have to do here is to tick whether you would prefere to get the reply from a consultant or a consulting company. It is also essential to specify the sphere that the query is from, so that it is forwarded to those consultants only who are qualified to give you a reply.
