Face-to-team communication

Communication within the team (sometimes also called Face to Team) is a way to effectively communicate with a team (a larger number of people - 5 and more) as a whole. In groups it is impossible to communicate everything with the individual memebers, but the group as a whole needs to accept, understand and actively use the information provided.  

Communication within the team utilizes the rules of social behavior of groups (social communication). Individuals´ requirements succumb to the interests, customs, relations that rule in the team. Naturally, this is not to suppress influence of strong individuals in the team or personalities with natural authority. The communicating person has to master the characteristics and key influences in the team to achieve a positive result. In addition to the rules of the verbal and non-verbal communication, they have to master the group´s focus, current developments in the team, its mission, the team´s communication skills etc.

A consultant definitely is not someone who is going to live their customer´s life for them. He or she is acutally an outside intruder who is supposed to watch the company´s current situation without emotion and impartially seek the best ways leading to the customer´s success. The ways are subsequently brought to the customer to choose from. Then he or she may oversee the customer´s journey along the chosen path until the client has positively understood the course of action and been able to continue on their own.
