Stakeholders – interest group

Stakeholders often called interest groups are different entities that are in contact with the company and to their work and activities of the company often depends sometimes existentially.

Typical interest groups include:
  • owners (shareholders, ...)
  • investors
  • customers, respectively. buyers,
  • contractors,
  • employees,
  • state administration and local government,
  • various interest groups and organizations (eg. Chamber of Commerce, environmental institutions)
  • often this group also classified general public.

Indeed, we live in the world supersaturated with information. Still, people covet the information which they need for their jobs or personal lives. If we fail to provide them with information, particularly in conflict or critical situations, they will make great effort to obtain it or make it up. Naturally, they will do so with regard to their knowledge and interests. Invariably, there is appropriate information to be communicated.
