The workshop is team-teaching method designed to address specific cases or teach or practice of pre-defined procedures. Workshop moderator manages and together with the team leader defines the case or problem for workshop (possible solutions). Accordingly that, he prepares the workshop program and suitable methods for solving the case.

Basic principles of the workshop

  1. case selection 
  2. build appropriate workshop participants
  3. estimate of the solution and potential results
  4. defining the program of the workshop
  5. define appropriate methods for solving
  6. providing the necessary data, information and tools
  7. procedure to find the best solution

Commonly used methods in the workshop are brainstorming, brainwriting, mind map, modeling, visualization, moderation, facilitation, ....
