No longer will you need to rewrite the minutes, make phone calls to explain all the details, neither will you need to haggle over whether you have shared the information or not. Right at the negotiation you will make a record which you will subsequently send to your assistent, or, as the case may be, the production manager, a dealer or a business partner, etc. for processing. You will keep the form for future reference, and your colleagues will receive it in the pdf format immediately after you have sent it out.
