Whatever is your situation, whether you face problems in the company´s management system, some of your processes do not work, or you do not possess enough financial resources needed to develop and optimize the company, there is always a chance of starting to improve the individual processes or parts of the system. This offer is here to do just the same.

What we are offering you here is to start developing and optimizing your company´s performance gradually, process by process. It is you alone who names the process to start with and what you want to improve. All will be done at minimum costs.

Management system step by step

Processes we prepare have been developed in small-to-medium size businesses that require maximum simplicity. These firms do not have a possibility of having stand-alone specialized departments and teams of specialists. They have to cope with everything on their own, and it is mostly a single manager with accummulated functions (sometimes the owner alone) who does all the work.

As the customer, you first choose what you would like to change. You will select what requirements your system should fulfil – according to international standards, for instance, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, TS 16949, AS 9100 and others. We recommend to begin in the following manner:

1. Preparation of the process chart with regard to the company´s vision, strategy and

   targets

2. Adjustment of reporting in accordance with the firm´s targets
3. Performance monitoring
4. Selection of processes to be improved on the basis of results, for instance:
   • trading process
   • marketing process
   • internal communication process
   • monitoring and improvement processes
   • planning process
   • purchasing process
   • … yet another process as required …
5. Gradual schooling/training of workers for created or corrected processes
6. Completion of the entire system and check of structures
7. Process function audits
8. Certification according to ISO (if required)

Processes are elaborated in the object-orientated software of MS VISIO and can easily be altered anytime. They are prepared in such as way that they can be displayed in the HTML format in the company Intranet, or workers can use pro-links to them in the Internet Explorer. There is no need to leaf manually through piles of documentation. An elaborated process can then be utilized as a basic setting for the information system being prepared.

The price to be paid for elaboration of a single process ranges:

• from CZK 2.000,– up in small companies (about 10 – 30 workers). Typically, a small company has about 15 to 20 processes which need to be set properly.
• from CZK 5.000,– up in medium-to-large scale businesses (about 30–1000 workers)

The price depends on the company´s size and complexity, the number of processes and the customer´s needs.
