Supporting documents needed for financial analysis

In order to be able to prepare a financial analysis and recommendations how to manage your company´s finance in the future, the consultant needs to get the following documents from you:

• current financial statements – the balance sheet, the profit and loss report, the cash-flow statement, all these covering a period of 3 fiscal periods (years)
• annexes to financial statements

If you do not submit the cash-flow statement the consultant will use the other documents to calculate and compile it.

Price

We divide financial analysis on two variants – simple a complex. Simple financial analysis contains:

• Simple analysis
• Main indicators
• Short comments to finance state
• Analysed period – 2 years
• using the prepared data’s from last years

Price is 1.500 – 2.000 CZK.

Complex financial analysis contains:

• Deep and complex analysis – more finance indicators and synthetic models etc.
• Analysed period – 3 and more years
• Detailed comments to finance state of company
• Proposal for the current situation and future
• Benchmarking
• Marketing analysis (if the required date are available for competitors comparison)
• Marketing and communication recommendations

Price is above 8.000 CZK.

Processing time

You get the financial analysis within 7 days for simple analysis and 10 days for complex analysis since you provided the last supporting document necessary.

Confidentiality agreement

Prior to processing the financial analysis, an order or agreement is made with each applicant binding the consultant to keep silence about all information they get regarding yourself and your financial standing.
