The ISO system is a company management system designed to create quality products. It is not another special documentation package/file the company will produce out of the cabinet when they have an audit. It is a system that the employees are supposed to work with in order to make a profit for the owner! This principle is of the essence for us, namely at the time of the current financial crisis. The management system is to be set in such a manner that there will not be any needless activities, and, mainly during its preparatory stage, we train the employees to recognize the added value of their work and we arrange the owner can have the same at their disposal in reporting. Any added value or quality has to be documented by specific results, or else it loses sense.

The company´s owner, as the processing is going on, receives an overview of the work done, parts of the system that have already been completed and the introduction status. Employees enter data into the continuously adjusted reporting and learn how to assess the results. These are sent to the company´s owner or management in order to be able to verify the information worth of reports and to manage the company effectively.

We do not create a world of make-belief, but teach employees how to work effectively and create an added value.

Dear Katrien, First of all thank you for your request. I am not sure if you know that our company is from CZech Republic. I suppose that you hav the hotel in Belgium. Is it true? It means that our cost will be greater of travel costs with competitors comparison. If you will like our system of modeling of ISO I can find the way How to help you - e.g. to teach your person our system and some part chcek through the skype etc. PS: I use the answer in the discussion, beacuse your email did not work. Vanbroeckhoven - ISO9001

Can you sent us a quote and time line for the implementation and certification of ISO9001 (starting from scratch)? We have a hotel with 45 rooms. Thanks
