With the company Vlastní cesta s.r.o. we have been cooperating for several years. Ing Jiří Střelec regularly organizes trainings for us, especially for sales representatives who train with him mainly in business communication and argumentation. As an executive, I use the experience and knowledge of Ing. Střelec to consult strategic and procedural decisions.
We also organized several communication trainings for all employees, so that we all have the same form of communication with customers. During the training, I especially appreciate the practical part with the help of audio / video equipment. It is characterized by excellent feedback, during which each participant finds out how his communication affects the others. I feel that after these trainings, the transfer of information not only to customers, but also within the team is improving.
An important continuation of the training is the "homework", which the participants complete online and the instructor gives feedback. This approach supports the continuity of the training and helps participants to retain the acquired knowledge.
