We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and on the basis of its guiding principles:

  • PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS (REGISTERING POTENTIAL CLIENTS), CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS

    Personal data (name, surname, business name, address, registration number, VAT number, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account) are collected for the purpose of maintaining business relationships and invoicing for a statutory period of 10 years. Not all data is mandatory.

  • PERSONAL DATA OF THE CLIENTS OF CLIENTS

    Our clients who collect personal data from their clients provide such data to us for the purpose of printing materials. The purpose, method of processing and period of storage of such data is determined by our client/owner, i.e. the data controller. Personal data that our clients have defined (name, surname, telephone number, contact e-mail address, address and others). We also protect and refrain from both processing and further using such data. Any correction/deletion of such personal data is only done upon the client’s written request.

  • OUR WEBISTE

    Our website uses Cookies which enable us to provide our users and clients with the best possible services. Cookies are used to distinguish users that access our website.

    Our website may also include third-party Cookies that are used to gather anonymous statistics about the visit rate and typical user behavior on each page. Third parties usually do not store any personal data in relation to Cookies as they are not aware of the user’s identity (unless the website user is also a registered third-party product user, such as Google).

    The user can prohibit Cookies in his/her browser setting; however, this will affect whether the website is being properly displayed.

We disclose personal data if required by law or legal process, for the purpose of performing justice, protecting important interests, investigating by law enforcement and regulatory authorities, protecting the property of the company and defending its legal rights, protecting the personal safety of website users, or by order of a valid court decree or law enforcement authority.

 

WITH YOUR PERMISSION

If required by law, we will always ask you beforehand for your approval to share personal data with other third parties (other than those mentioned above, for example: commercial insurance companies).
