Summary of reports with filtration possibility
Each advisor who registers and makes use of the offer for advisors or consultancy firms will get a possibility to use the communication system with its clients free of charge.
You can create a new client in the menu Client administration by filling in the data of your own customer. After this your customer will receive email with access. As soon as he/she confirms it, a communication link is established between the advisor and the customer. From this moment you can write down records with your customer regarding the following:
- Telephone calls
- Common negotiations
- Activities ensured
- Plans
- Presentations/training sessions
- Invoicing
- Evaluation reports
You can add time spent performing the given activity with each record. This information can serve as a basis for invoicing the customer. Both the advisor and the customer thus have a continuous control over common activities. The documents saved here are permanently accessible to both parties from any place connected to the Internet. You can also filter messages according to:
- Type of report
- Date
- Direction of communication – from advisor to customer and vice versa
The communication is protected by the access and the password. It is not available to anybody but the advisor and the customer!
