An analysis of the organization´s social environment is a complex tool to find out about the current social climate in the company and to subsequently optimize it. Thanks to a unique combination of a number of different methods of data acquisition and social analysis, you will learn who is the real leading authority in the company, how much workers identify themselves with their team and the company, and how loyal they are to their management. In this manner, you will learn information to help you optimize communication, improve relations and cooperation in hard times. It is exactly this kind of information which makes for a better atmosphere in the workplace and, consequently, also, a higher productivity.

Our offer is intended for managers, HR workers, owners and all those who want to make use of natural character features of workers and teams to create a socially beneficial atmosphere, for it is the one which leads to a better cooperation, relations, synergies and, ultimately, the company´s better efficiency.

Offer (How we perform the OSEA)

Primarily, we perform the OSEA in such a way as to have managers understand, utilize and correctly interpret the results of the analysis of the social environment of their own team. For the right management demands an adequate reaction in everyday business life: reacting properly at every meeting, while facing a conflict situation suddenly arisen, and the like. In this manner only will the manager be able to tap the social potential of their own team. If need be, our specialist is available for consultation at all times. Thus, the managers need not worry they will get into the situation they might not know how to cope with, with nobody delivering advice from outside the company. Our offer aims to put to work the real-life expertise of knowing the social potential in companies.

The offer comes in three basic stages:

1) Training in how to work with the social potential of workers, and the meaning it conveys This part is intended primarily for managers and team-leaders, exactly for those who need practical, working knowledge of the social characteristics. The training will include:

• the essentials of the study of social environment
• the essentials of the study of natural leading authority
• methodology of assessment, and the like.

2) Performance of the OSEA analysis The second stage is performed during the team´s normal working routine. The manager in training can conduct the analysis either themselves or with the lecturers´ assistance. This stage comprises:

• familiarizing the team with the OSEA analysis objectives
• carrying out observations and collecting information
• making use of questionnaires, and personal dealings with workers, and the like.

3) Interpretation of results and suggestions about what changes to make in the working environment Lastly, an evaluation is carried out according to the methodology and specification provided by the customer. The results are preliminarily discussed with the manager, subsequently to be presented to the team. This stage comprises:

• description and characteristics of the team´s or the company´s social environment
• identification of natural leaders
• recommendations to improve social relations, etc.

The results will facilitate taking strategic decisions, forming the company´s personnel policy and setting its corporate culture. They will be utilized to optimize the company´s activities, to enhance its performance and to create such working environment in which workers are resistant to undesirable fluctuations in external conditions and loyal to their employer.

Price

The price of the OSEA is always calculated after the customer has submitted their complete specification, for it is heavily dependent on the size of teams and the company, as well as on the management´s requirements. The scope of the OSEA application may be as follows:

The price may be established through an hourly rate ranging from CZK700 to CZK1.500 per a lecturer´s or a sociologist´s hour or, alternatively, it may be calculated per project. In the case of a project, the price might range from CZK30.000 up.

Recommendation: It is advisable to combine the OSEA analysis with the capacity and personnel audit
