social environment of their own team. For the right management demands

meeting, while facing a conflict situation suddenly arisen, and the like. In
this manner only will the manager be able to tap the social potential of their

according to the methodology and specification provided by the customer. The
results are preliminarily discussed with the manager, subsequently to be

The results will facilitate taking strategic decisions, forming the company�s
personnel policy and setting its corporate culture. They will be utilized to
optimize the company�s activities, to enhance its performance and to create such
working environment in which workers are resistant to undesirable fluctuations
in external conditions and loyal to their employer.
The price of the OSEA is always calculated after the customer has submitted
their complete specification, for it is heavily dependent on the size of teams
and the company, as well as on the management�s requirements. The scope of the
OSEA application may be as follows:
The price may be established through an hourly rate ranging from CZK700 to
CZK1.500 per a lecturer�s or a sociologist�s hour or, alternatively, it may
be calculated per project. In the case of a project, the price might range from
CZK30.000 up.
Recommendation: It is advisable to combine the OSEA analysis with the capacity and
personnel audit
