Productivity and efficient processes must always be managed with respect for the people and goals of the organization. LEAN, KATA management, BPM, process management, time management, lean administration, digitization and work standards … All this is part of one – a constantly improving organization.

Only a constantly improving organization can be competitive in the long run and can learn from its mistakes. There are many approaches to this vision, but they have one thing in common – the teamwork of many people who work with the vision of a single goal. I work not only for customers, but also within the Own way network.

My life motto is: “Change is not an event, it is a process!”

My job is to focus on management systems in companies. I specialize in manufacturing companies, but I also took care of customers in the field of services, trade, healthcare or academia.
