Company Management System of Quality Step by Step

Process map - illustration

A proper implementation of a management system into the company so that it can bring fruit in terms of high efficiency and effectivity takes time and some well-trained workers. Sadly, a large number of companies face a time shortage. They need their ISO certificate as soon as possible or they want to have order introduced into the company fast. Any fast implementation is always characterized by severe faults and brings about many incompliances. In both of the cases there is a way to rectify everything and make the system more effective.

A proper implementation of a management system into a company so that it can bring fruit in terms of high efficiency and effectivity takes time and some well-trained workers. Sadly, a large number of companies are wrestling with a time shortage. They need their ISO certificate as soon as possible or they want to have order introduced into the company fast. Any fast implementation is always characterized by severe faults and brings about many incompliances. In both of the cases there is a way to rectify everything and make the system work more effectively.

No matter what your situation is like: you are having problems in the company´s management system, some of the processes are not working, you are lacking financial resources for the company´s expansion and optimization, there is always the possibility to gradually start improving the individual processes or the system parts. This is the purpose of this offer of ours.

We offer you to start building up or improving the efficiency of your company gradually, process by process. It is you who chooses what we should start with and what is there to be improved. All this at the minimum possible cost for you.

Management system step by step

The processes we prepare are based on small-to-medium-size companies which demand maximum simplicity. These companies do not possess the capacity to have separate expert departments and teams of specialists. They have to manage everything themselves, themselves mostly means one manager in person (sometimes the owner) accumulating more functions than one.

As a customer, you choose what you would like to change. Select what requirements your system is supposed to meet - according to international standards, for example: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, TS 16949, AS 9100 and other. Here is our list of recommendations:

1) Prepare a process map with regard to the vision, the strategy and the targets of the company.
2) Set up reporting in compliance with the company´s objectives.
3) Monitor the efficiency.
4) Select the processes for improvement viewing the results, for instance:

  • trade process
  • marketing process
  • internal communication process
  • monitoring and improvement process
  • planning process
  • procurement process
  • ... other processes according to the needs ...

5) Gradual training of workers for the processes created or rectified
6) Completion of the entire system and checking of links
7) Audits of the processes´ functioning
8) Certification according to ISO (if required)

The processes are prepared in the object-oriented MS VISIO software and can be changed at will. They have been prepared so that they can be put in the html format on the company´s intranet, or workers can click their way through them in the Internet Explorer. There is no need to leaf through loads of documentation. A prepared process can then be used as a basis for the information system in preparation.

Benefits of gradual implementation or improvement of processes

  • Proposal for effective functioning of a process
  • Proposed metrics for monitoring the process quality
  • Fulfillment of the requirements of the ISO international standards
  • Clear-cut and well-arranged graphical depiction of a selected process
  • Expert opinion and new experience from an advisor (practical training)

Budget

The price for preparation of a process ranges from:

  • CZK 2.000 for small-scale businesses (circa 10 - 30 workers). A small company tends to have about 15 to 20 processes that need to be properly set.
  • CZK 5.000 for medium-scale and big companies (circa 30 - 1000 workers)

The price is dependent on the scale and the complexity of the company in question, the number of processes and the customer´s needs.

„The system only works provided that the management makes its part.“ more >>

Every management system generates results and a more effective performance only if it includes everybody and everybody uses it properly. If the management regards the system only as a pro forma profit-making tool for the workers, the system is never going to work as it should.
