Synergy marks activities and phenomena in which the total result achieved is is greater than the sum of the individual input components. Simply put, it means that 1 + 1 does not equal 2, but 3, for instance. Synergy comes into existence mainly by joining efforts, working together and integrating different approaches. 

Synergy does not exist by coincidence, but is brought about, too, by proper combination and namely interconnection. The so-called synergic effect can be reached , for instance, by: 

  • well-considered managerial activities focused on interconnecting similar or even dissimilar activities
  • suppoting system and functional connections
  • supporting the creativity
  • introducing visualization
