Company Management System of Quality Step by Step - ISO 9001

A proper implementation of a management system into a company so that it can bring fruit in terms of high efficiency and effectivity takes time and some well-trained workers. Sadly, a large number of companies are wrestling with a time shortage. They need their ISO certificate as soon as possible or they want to have order introduced into the company fast. Management system step by step - ISO 9001

The processes we prepare are based on small-to-medium-size companies which demand maximum simplicity. These companies do not possess the capacity to have separate expert departments and teams of specialists. They have to manage everything themselves, themselves mostly means one manager in person (sometimes the owner) accumulating more functions than one. 

As a customer, you choose what you would like to change. Select what requirements your system is supposed to meet - according to international standards, for example: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, TS 16949, AS 9100 and other. Here is our list of recommendations: 

1) Prepare a process map with regard to the vision, the strategy and the targets of the company. 
2) Set up reporting in compliance with the company´s objectives. 
3) Monitor the efficiency.
4) Select the processes for improvement viewing the results, for instance:

5) Gradual training of workers for the processes created or rectified

The processes are prepared in the object-oriented MS VISIO software and can be changed at will. They have been prepared so that they can be put in the html format on the company´s intranet, or workers can click their way through them in the Internet Explorer. There is no need to leaf through loads of documentation. A prepared process can then be used as a basis for the information system in preparation.

• CZK 2.000 for small-scale businesses (circa 10 - 30 workers). A small company tends to have about 15 to 20 processes that need to be properly set. 
• CZK 5.000 for medium-scale and big companies (circa 30 - 1000 workers)

The price is dependent on the scale and the complexity of the company in question, the number of processes and the customer´s needs.
